2. What is MOQ?
Mind makes OEM, so the MOQ is 500 of cards and wristbands, and 1000 pcs of sticker.
3. Can I order if quantity less than MOQ?
Yes and it would be taken as sample order to production. We take more serious on sample order.
4. Can I get Free Samples?
---Yes.
♦ If samples we have in stock would be provided for testing, but shipment should at your side.
♦ If samples are needed to customize with your logo and designs, please send us designs and advise chip, quantity, and any other details required. Thank you.
5. Can I order with my logo printing, size and shape?
Yes, of course it can. We do OEM. And the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. In PSD is ok, DPI should over 300.
6. What is your lead time?
1. 3-6 days of samples new production. ( Depends on craft and request)
2. 7-8 days lead time of quantity 50K.
3. 9-10 days lead time of 100K

7. How Can I Pay? If PayPal acceptable?
♦ Please pay us by TT to our company bank, or Western Union.
♦ Credit card pay to our company bank is ok.
♦ L/C is welcomed.
♦ As we do OEM, PayPal for no printing products is acceptable.
8. How about the Package? if they card stand for long way shipment?
Our products would be package in a hard cardboard box first, and then in a 3 layers carton, and will be fixed tightly, even shipment by sea is no problem.
9. What’s your guaranty?
3 years guaranty would be sure. And please test the goods within 2-3 weeks, any un-work cards would be replaced at once.
